Terms and Conditions for Website Creation – Roniart Web Design
1. Agreement Overview
By engaging with Roniart Web Design for website creation and hosting services, the client agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship between the client and Roniart Web Design.
2. Website Creation
2.1 Maximum Number of Pages
The standard website package includes a maximum of 10 pages.
Additional pages can be added only with the consent of Roniart Web Design and may incur additional charges.
2.2 Website Content Submission
To take advantage of our special promotion, the client must submit their domain name and website content (images and text) within 8 calendar weeks from the date of initial payment.
Delayed submissions may result in project postponements or additional charges.
3. Web Hosting & Domain Name
3.1 Web Hosting
Web hosting must be provided by Roniart Web Design for the first 12 months or even thereafter unless due to reasonable unforeseen circumstances.
The cost of web hosting is €50 per year and must be paid within 10 days of the website going live.
Roniart Web Design guarantees that hosting costs will not increase after the first 12 months.
3.2 SSL Certificate (Optional but Recommended)
An SSL Certificate is available for €25 per year to secure your website.
Payment for the SSL certificate is required within 10 days of the website going live, if selected.
3.3 Domain Name Ownership
The client must purchase their own domain name, which will always remain their property.
Domains can be purchased from independent registrars such as Blacknight.com or Web.com, which have no affiliation with Roniart Web Design.
Domain name prices typically range between £10 - £20.
4. Payment Terms
To avail of the special promotion, the client must pay an initial non-refundable fee of £50 through our website.
Once the website is live, the client must pay:
Web hosting fee of £50 per year (within 10 days).
SSL certificate fee of £25 per year (if applicable, within 10 days).
Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or removal of the website until the balance is cleared.
5. Professional Email Addresses
Roniart Web Design provides up to 2 professional website email addresses.
Clients are responsible for maintaining and managing their emails.
Old emails older than 12 months will be deleted by Roniart Web Design to maintain server health.
Clients must ensure they regularly back up their emails to avoid data loss.
6. Customer Support & Queries

Roniart Web Design aims to respond to all inquiries promptly.
7. Amendments & Modifications
Roniart Web Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any major changes that affect their service.
8. Termination of Service
Non-payment of hosting fees or SSL certificate (if applicable) may result in suspension or termination of the website.
Roniart Web Design reserves the right to refuse service to clients who violate these terms.
